The SENLP Mailing List
The SENLP mailing list was inaugurated in 2009 to connect people interested in the intersection of
- Software Engineering (SE); and
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Mining (TM).
To subscribe or edit your list membership, use the mailman interface. The list archives are publicly available.
Any topic concerning NLP and SE is welcome, both "NLP/TM for SE":
- Applications of NLP and TM in software engineering, e.g., for requirements analysis or traceability recovery
- NLP Tools (e.g., taggers or parsers) and Resources (e.g., lexicons or ontologies) that address the software engineering domain
- General questions, comments, annoucements (e.g., of suitable workshops and conferences) or reports concerning SE+NLP
and "SE for NLP/TM":
- Software engineering for NLP systems and applications, e.g., requirements engineering, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of systems dealing with natural language as part of their operation.
Please note that list messages generally must address both SE and NLP/TM (either direction — "NLP4SE" or "SE4NLP"). If you are simply interested in one of these fields, there are already numerous mailing lists available. This list has been created specifically for people interested in the intersection of these two areas.
