No, we don't include example documents. Simply run OMM on any paper you're interested in analyzing.
The file "impact.xml" is an annotation schema; you only need this if you want to add your own manual annotations to a document (for building your own gold standard). This is explained in Chapter 4 in the OMM documentation, under "Corpus Preparation and Manual Annotation". For additional information on annotation schemas [6], please refer to the GATE documentation.
